12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved through negotiation, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services for violations of these Terms, for non-payment or fraudulent activity, or at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and you must cease all use of our Services.
14. Miscellaneous
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions (force majeure). If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain enforceable.
